Jacobus Lions Ambulance Club provides outstanding Advanced and Basic Life Support services to our community and surrounding areas. Your annual membership helps us fund critical equipment, supplies, and training.
Membership Options
- Senior over 65 $60 per senior
- Individual under 65 $80 per individual
- Household: $160 per household
Membership Term: January 1 – December 31.
Additional donations are greatly appreciated!
Important Notes
- Unlimited emergency treatment and transport, upon availability, to a PA Dept. of Health approved closest emergency room which may include York Hospital, UPMC Memorial, or Hanover Hospitals
- Exempts you from 50% of out-of-pocket expenses that may not be covered by your health insurance carrier. You are still responsible for any co-payments/co-insurance specified by your health insurance carrier.

- Subscriptions DO NOT cover Patient Refusal Fees.
- Membership Subscribers are covered by the majority of our surrounding EMS Agencies at their discretion.
- This is not an Insurance Policy and all non-subscribers and/or uninsured are responsible for payment in full.
